Ebony is one place I would love to go to again and again...The place is on a high rise building called Barton Centre in Bangalore. Perched on a terrace , it gives you a panoramic view of Bangalore, a visual delight in the night...You can be soothed with the ambience, but please make it a point to be seated in the terrace...During the day, its like any normal restaurant, but ofcourse its a little above the world so there is the daytime charm too! The food is above average, good and excellent...when I had visited Ebony one afternoon I got to have the buffet meal, which was better than most buffet meals I’ve had...I’ve even tucked into their mutton biryani, sweet corn chicken soup...and its quite good I must say...But I havn’t had an opportunit to visit this place in the last 5 years...as I don’t live in Bangalore...but hope to go there on any given opportunity and will definitely hit Ebony , for sure!
