I had booked a cab from this company for Pune to mumbai journey. I had received the driver details through sms. When I was calling the driver his phone was not reachable. Hence I was calling the CALL CENTER numbers (There are 4/5 numbers on their website) and there was no response from their side. It was 5 in the morning and I was totally helpless.
I could not even book a car from other travels. After an hour some guy picked up the phone and said we do not have a booking of your name. And asked me to wait more half an hour. After 15/20 minutes I received another driver’s number thru sms car arrived at 8.30. The car was totally in bad condition. Driver was ill mannered. Ac was not working properly (they provide on ac cars).
I would suggest all not to book a car from this company. Our Indian Railways are far more better than this fraud AGENT (I am writig agent coz I dont think they have their own cars.)
