-I had a terrible experience with ecabs Pune.
-I had booked the cab to travel from Pune to Mumbai airport.
-The cab didn’t arrive at the appointed hour nor did I receive any call from
-Ecabs or the driver that they were running late. I was constantly calling up the driver to check and he kept saying that he will arrive in 10 minutes.
-The driver arrived 1.5 hours late and I could have missed my international flight due to this. The driver when he arrived looked drunk and was outright rude and refused to accept responsibility for the delay. He was trying to justify that even though he was 1.5 hours late we would reach the airport on time.
-He was apparently trying to dictate at what time we should leave Pune although we had planned our trip to start 1.5 hours before he arrived to avoid delays en route.
-Never use ecabs if you value your money, time and peace of mind.
-Why pay such folks if you as a customer has to endure such delays and rudeness.
