One of the worst company to work with. Its not actually about organization but hiring poor talent on higher positions. Managers are so toxic in all the processed that they just pressurize employees in all the ways mentally as well as verbally.
Under Financial Market, C1 is the program where worst management panel exist and HR is also not supportive to employees. Hence, I would never ever recommend anyone to join this organization.
Neither it has proper pick up-drop facility for night shift employees, nor it has good night shift allowances. I the name of Bonus, they just pretend to be behind employee. Blame game is too much instead of appreciation.
