They not only take a long time even to deliver single item, they ask for OTP from senior citizens at the time os delivery for which I gave two options instead. One to as for delivery receipt through sms that is item name yes or no ticking two ask for name of the recipient
Both they have failed incorporate. When an elderly person comes out to take delivery if they ask for item the person has to get back home switch on mp and put on spects and read the itp in a dark place and tell him isn’t a troublesome affair.
