I used EcomExpress Courier once and it’s services doesn’t allow me to use it again. I have also experienced this courier service several times with online shopping sites who partnered with Ecom Express and most of the time I received my packet lately from the expected time.
I visited to their courier office but it was too much crowd in the office and if I remember most of them are their staffs or the person whol reached for complaint of late delivery.
I asked one of their staffs that I have to speed post my product and only words from his mouth is Go There by directing towards left side with his hand. I continued going towards right and reached the exit but haven’t find the representative who can help me. There is old security guard sitting on stool and I asked him by explaining properly then he wisely replied me and finally I speed posted my product which weighs around 200 grams and I also noticed that it’s price is much higher than our governmental Indian Post service. I got my mistake but it was not the end, it was speed post then also my receiver friend received it after a week and again if I compare it with Indian Post service, it is better than Ecom Express because I have experienced it. I am totally unsatisfied by the services of Ecom Express and they further need many improvement in their services and staff must be polite towards consumers.
