Recently I purchased an item from snapdeal ecomarce site. the item was dispatched via ecom express curior. the expected delivery date was 15.07.2017 but after a long wait and delaying its got out for delivery on 20.07.2017 in the evening I got a massage the consginee is not accepting percel when I contact their office of ecom express all the staff were very rude, they inform me as the road was wet for rain they don’t give the delivery.
- is this a kind of a joke? don’t choose ecom express as I have raised the issue multiple times no valid information still given. avoid this using of ecom services
