I placed an order on 19th August 2021 from an e-commerce website and it said it will deliver the package by 24th. It was a rakhi gift. First the courier company put the package in Kochi hub for 2-3 days without any reason. When the package was still not moving from their I made a call to the website from where I ordered the gift and then called Ecom courier customer service. The people Ecom courier has hired for customer service is worst. They were saying the same thing that I can see on the tracking website. No new information from them and said will deliver the package after 31st as they have some internal issue. Then they connected the package and said its out for delivery on 27th. They made call twice which could be answered at that time since my sister was not available. When she call back it asked for pin to connect the call which no one has provided. Same day evening the status showed incorrect address so could not deliver the package and asked to provide correct address. I provided the landmark in the address and provided same address which was correct and made a reattempt request for 28th. I again follow up with both the companies on call 2-3 times. They did not reattempt on 28th and for 29th they said due to corona cannot deliver the package. On 30th their was no movement of package and again made a call and asked either deliver the package or cancel the order to the company from where I placed this order. on 31st the package was delivered and it was being delivered by the same person who attempted the delivery on 27th and this time they got the address. Really disappointing and really bad service.
