Ecom Express is one of slow working courier service. I order a varies things from e-commerce site when they deliver through Ecom service, It takes much more time than the other courier service Infact if the parcel is nearer to your courier center, they deliver you so late. I really don’t know what the delivering strategy they are using.
I got the reason behind it that they have a very limited staff as my brother says he is working in Ecom Express. He has to deliver bulk products to the very far location because of only 2 delivery man available in the courier center due to which he has to work more than 8 hours.
The availability of courier centers in suitable no. also play a role to deliver the product on time.
