It was not my fault that I have chosen Ecom Express for the courier service. But the website in which I ordered something has chosen this untruthful courier partner to deliver my product. As always I was so curious to track and check the status of my product. I started tracking down on 17th May 2019 and it was all fine.
But on 20th May 2019, I found the status written as shipment attempted - customer unavailable. Thus I made my first call to customer care. A gentleman on the phone told me that the package will be definitely delivered the next day.
21st May, the status was shipment undelivered - consignee requested for future delivery. That is when I realized that this is a fraud company. So obviously there is a second call to customer care. I registered a complaint over phone saying that "your delivery guy is a fraud lazy guy". I got an assurance as a confirmed delivery on 22nd May 2019.
22nd May, the status was shipment attempted - customer unavailable. Customer care executive realized that I am frustrated and angry over the phone. So he played his best card of the server not working, no detail available. There is one Mr. Rahul Tandon(Chief Customer Service Officer)with a smiling face in their website. I asked his contact details, but our customer service executive do not have any information about his boss.
23rd May -Customer care executive was a lady who might had a fight at home the previous day and showing the frustration on me. Her highness were so kind enough to inform me that your consignment will be delivered within 7:00 pm or else I can complaint. And off course she also dont have the contact id of the smiling face shown in their website known as the Chief Customer Service Officer.
I shed tears out of happiness when I called the customer care the second time. The gentleman over the phone had given me the contact details of the local supervisor of their office near to my address. On my first ring itself the supervisor attended the phone and told me that " Sir, I left Ecom Express 5 months ago". But he was courteous to share the location of their office.
Meanwhile the status generated as shipment attempted - Customer Unavailable. Finally went to their office and collected the package on 23rd May night around 7 pm.
24th May - Tracking Status - Shipment Delivered.
So the mental agony gifted by Ecom Express and wasting my time behind this courier service inspired me to call Ecom Express as the worst courier service ever experienced in my life.
So friends, never try this service for your goods shipment in your life. Stay away and be happy.
