It has been 14 days from the date of shipping, but the product has not been delivered. Now after 14 days it has reached to my city(Ecom express office Pune) but they are not delivering the product to me.
They mentioned the status as Undelivered(Reason Code: 221 - Consignee Refused To Accept) on the website. The reason they have mentioned that I didn’t accepted the delivery of product which wrongly mentioned over there. They didn’t tried to deliver the product to me.
Worst service by Ecom express courier.
