This mail is in regards to an item that I had ordered from jio mart and ECOM is the shipping partner for JIOMART which has gone undelivered due to the fault ofECOM EXPRESS. I ordered on https://m.mouthshut.com/JioMart rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@JioMart 23-5-24 and from 28-5-24 I am getting sms of my shipment that it is OUT FOR DELIVERY & again in the evening I was getting message ofFAILURE DELIVERY. I tried to contact Ecom express guys number mentioned in SMS but all my efforts to connect with them failed as no I received the call nor I got any call back. This routine was from 27 May to 30st of May and today a few minutes back I got an intimation of a refund due to the item returned. I finally was able to speak to an official from the Raipur office but he looked helpless and was not of much help as it was OFD locked.
No one called me or got in touch with me for delivery or to confirm the address which is by the way located at the most prime location of Raipur city, prior to initiating the RETURN of the product without my consent.
I would request you to please note thatI HAVE NOT REQUESTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT & I need the product very urgently. Due to the utter shameless behavior and irresponsible attitude of ECOM EXPRESS my order was returned to jio mart by ECOM EXPRESS WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
I would like to reiterate that my shipping address is at the most prime location of Raipur and I havent faced any issue in last 13 years of any shipment not being delivered to that location. I request you to kindly help me ship the product to my address. I am a routine online buyer for all the online platforms which includes Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Jio Mart and in my life I havent seen an irresponsible and crap company like ECom which doesnt get in touch with their client nor are they worried about their ill service. Going forward I will not place orders from theJio Mart or any site using ECOM as shipping partner.
DONOT USE ECOM EXPRESS, WORST OF THE WORST SHIPPING/COURIER COMPANY. NOT RECOMENDED
