Bought a mobile from Samsung official site on 21-Oct, they shipped the item via Ecom. Ecom site takes forever to update. when I called Ecom, they always say "technical issue, so cannot update" it is 30-Oct, and have not received my product. Shipment is from Mumbai to Bangalore. It would been faster if someone walked all the way to deliver to me. Samsung is useless too!. Not sure why such a big enterprise uses an unknown courier such as Ecom?
