I received several items from ecom & not a single drawback I feel to say about that.ecom express is the fastest courier company as I feel amongs all.i also received products from bluedart, dtdc, postoffice but I dont satisfact from them as I satisfact from ecom.bestest part of ecom.
That I feel is the mobile alert system, they sent alert by sms to the recipients mobile number at the day where product will be delivered and it delievered at the same day as they sent on number, no courier company uses this, as it should be.
