One of my order(cod) is marked as delivered without delivering it to me. If I asked customer service, they told as it is cod order they told it is marked as delivered.
The next order I have paid online, this time the delivery boy came, but I didn’t receive any otp. So they didn’t deliver my order.
What a courier service if we already pay them, we will not get otp. Otherwise they will mark as delivered automatically
