Don’t trust there status updates or believe there Customer support they upload fake data. For 3 days I saw my courier in a "In-Transit" status, and then 3 days in "Shipment out for delivery". I did not receive any call from the delivery boy on the mentioned mobile number and then the status changes to "shipment undelivered".
In the current scenario a courier can be delivered in any part of India in 3 days and these guys take more than 6 day and still have it in undelivered status.
Mouthshut should have a negative rating too, so that we can provide it to providers like this.
