I have ordered a spectacle through lenskart on 7th January 2019, They have dispatched it through ecom express on 13th. Since then there is no update.
When you track using tracking number(here is my tracking code, anyone can track and see 986834466) you will see the following.

There is no information where it is scanned, for the last 4 days, I am seeing the same. I am not sure what they are upto.
I tried contacting them through the site, none replied, they are least bothered about it. Even in social media, the response is not that good. I do not know how such companies exist.
No one should select Ecom for their courier needs.
