Most of the time delivery boys have rude behavior or they make excuses by blaming that customer has not picked up their call. I had an order of medicines from 1mg. But the delivery boys just give a little missed call. When I called back, he spoke very rudely and updated the status as address is unlocatable and returned the parcel.
