~ I Contact The Seller That I Had Courier The Parcel Through ECOMCOURIER And IT WOULD BE Delivered Them In 5 Days, After 7 Days Has Passed Through I Received A Call From Seller Staff That They Had Not Received Any Courier Of Mine And The RETURN Period Is Passing, And They Told Me To Fastly Took An Action Against It, If I Really Want To Return It, I Call The ECOMCOURIER Customer Executive And They Had Told Me Track My Package Through The ID Which Is Mention On Receipt, I Try To Track The Package But Its Showing That MOVING AS EXPECTED And Its Showing That It Would Be Deliver Till Next Day EveninG.
~ After 24 HOURS I Received An SMS Through SELLER That The ESTIMATED RETURN PERIOD OF 10 Days Has Over And Now My Product Will Not Be Returned, I Again Track The Package And Its Showing The Same Position, On 22 OCTOBER I Received An SMS From ECOMEXPRESS That My Parcel Will Not Be Delivered Due To Some Heavy COURIER ORDERS OR Irrelevant Circumstances And We Apologies for the Inconvenience That Caused, And Within 48 Hours My Parcel Will Return Back To Me And Money Will Be Return At The Time Of Delivery.
~ But After 48Hours Has Passed Through, No Parcel Has Returned Infact I Receive An SMS From ECOMCOURIER That The PARCEL And Money Has Successfully Delivered In My Hands.
~ But In Reality I Had Not Received Any Parcel Or Money, I Call them And The Executive Told Me That He Will Look In This Matter And He Assured Me That Within 48Hours I Will Received My Package, But No Package Has Delivered To Me Yet, I Call Them But They Talk To Me Very Rudely And When I Raised My Voice Against It The CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NAME VIJAY, AbuseD Me And Drop The Call, And When I Try To Complaint Against It To Her Senior They Refuse To Believe That And Said That The Investigation Is In Progress And Soon They Will Contact Me But They Are Taking No Action AgainsT It.
Overall Its Not Recommendable As They Make People Fool And Cheat With Them, There Courier Boy Steal Customers Product, And Do Fraud With People, And If You Tried To Complaint Against Them To Management They Refuses To Trust The Customer’s Point Of View And Abuse You In Return, Simply Drops The Call And Runaway By Taking Your ParCeL.
