No contact number, sitting on the shipment after receiving, No Ideawhen the delivery takes place. The rating of their services in Hyderabad is less than 2.
Updates: The shipment reached Hyderabad from Bangalore on 28th.June and their tracking wasshowing the expected date of delivery as 29th. June. They boast them selves that they delivery with in 72 hours of shipping .
Still they are holding the shipment shamelessly.
LATEST Update: Now the date of arrival has been changed to 30th.June from 28th, June., May be a mouth shut effect, but I have the screen shots of both and complained to Reliance Digital.
A big FRAUD
01/07: Tracking was showing out for delivery at 1:30pm, I got an SMS at 5:08hrs with details of delivery person’s contact number and a PIN, when I tried to contact him is says incorrect PIN. Another FRAUD. To my surprise the tracking was updated " Undelivered" ie. with inminute of receiving the SMS. Total FRAUD and Reliance Digital is part of it.
02/07: Out for delivery at 8:35am, but no SMS and not deliveredso far 03/07 11:30am. They are holding the item at their delivery center for the past 5 days.
Several complaints to Reliance Digital at every escalated level proved futile.
This is my first purchase( May be the last also) with reliance Digital online.
The conclusion: On 4th July ie on the 7th day of arrival at the destination I went all the way to the delivery center searching their address. There also the concerned persons told that they don’t have the consignmet and it went out for delivery. Fortunately I identified a packet with Reliance packing tape and it was mine. Though
