Not sure why not many honest reviews here. Here’s an honest review after using Deebot N10 for 14 months. One star for product quality. No proper dust & waterproofing on sensors. DTOF sensors catches dust every month & needs immediate cleaning opening top cover. Map location timing out is another major disease with this product. If accidentally Deebot gets minimal amount of water on the floor, that’s it. Bumper stuck, anti drop sensor malfunction errors break loose & it becomes impossible to operate Deebot, even with all self help video instructions available on YouTube. What’s next? Contact customer care.
Now another culprit called Frootle India Pvt. Ltd. comes into play. Ecovacs is cheating customers with their false advertising of India nationwide service, they don’t have any. In India, sales & services of Ecovacs is completely outsourced to Frootle. Frootle is so bad that review section space limitations could be restrictive. They are so bad that most of the times there’s no proper response for a week upon multiple follow ups or even after payment of ₹990 advance service charges (payable upon one year warranty expires). As I understand they maximize customer pain by employing minimal number of service engineers. That too they service around 12 multiple brands in India. Most likely service engineers are shared across multiple brands. Sometime ago they had just 4 service engineers for Hyderabad.
Message is very clear, do not buy these so called budget or value for money robot vaccums without enough research & reference. Do not fall prey to paid/not generated fake reviews. After all it’s your hard earned money & time at stake.
