Life is cool until the machine runs without any issue. If any problem arises, the after sales service too worst as they do not have any technical knowledge and they can identify the exact issue. My robo was having anti drop sensor issue and they have replaced all the sensors. But, the machine is still facing the issue. Its almost 5 months from the time I registered the issue. When questioned on the same, they demands to pay the visiting charges again for technical visit. Instead of resolving the issue, they advice me to exchange this machine with a new one where they would give 5k discount on new product. But, the machine I bought costs 74k.
Also, they doesnt have manners to talk to customers and talk to is in an inappropriate way frustrating the customers.
Literally, the service center is not meant for service of your machine, Infact they are meant for promoting the business and selling new products
