We bought Ecovacs Deebot N10 model a few months back. It works reasonably well, but here are the problems:(1) the main brush wore out very quickly. We can’t just buy and replace this part, we have to buy the whole set of accessories(the fans, the mops, brush all come together and are not sold separately
and ofcourse warranty doesn’t cover this) that cost around Rs 2500.(2) if we don’t make a plan of the house on the mobile, after cleaning, the cleaner comes to rest, not at the starting place, as it is supposed to, but anywhere - sometimes under the cot where it is difficult to retrieve(3) I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Despite spending over an hour on the phone—including video calls—with the representative, none of the issues were resolved due to their unwillingness to make a house visit. A visit would have saved us considerable time and effort.
I am deeply frustrated by this experience, and hence this review.
