Customer care is a big zero

I bought Ecovacs deebot Y 1 pro in September 2024 . Within 3 months while cleaning upstairs it suddenly fell down and got damaged. If we buy a robot vaccum cleaner with a high price, the only reason is its non-assistance features like anti drop sensor naa. Even it’s stucked in mat or anything it gives message or warning messages, but on that day it suddenly fell down without any warning sound or message. After that I registered a complaint and I got a video how to solve the problem by myself. I never expected such an irresponsible and unsupportable customer care from a reputed brand like Ecovacs. They closed my case without my problem solved.They never give me a response for my queries and then I googled for the customer service centre with in Kerala. I got address from the website and I decided to handover the product to the centre directly. It was an another hell and after waiting another 2 months I got my robot back in March 2 nd.I paid for the physical damage for the machine as it’s not included in the warranty. It’s a humble request for all the readers who wish to buy an Ecovacs product in India, never expect a supportive customer care if any problem occurs for your product.
