I worked in Edelweiss Broking Malad Branch in Oct 2012. The workplace was pathetic as it was a make shift office. The Branch Manager (Nitin Gujar)was a dictator under whom all the teams worked. He was not even properly educated and still used to criticize the ideas and talent of people more educated than him but unfortunately at a post lower than him.
He used words like ’Bhaindi, agar kal tak insurance nahi sell kiya toh teri chaddi nikaal doonga!’. His voice resembled that of a barking dog. He couldn’t sit quietly whether it was month end or month start. Little does he know that he is the biggest liability to the institution as he hardly contributes other than just barking.
Another headache is the AVP( Hiren Doshi)who talks big but doesn’t know about his real aukaad!!
In short, refrain from joining Edelweiss Broking Ltd........even if u don’t have any job.
