This is a pathetic option to avail loans from.
Their customer care is never reachable.They are always busy assisting other customers no matter how long you hold on your call. Not sure how many are employed for this job.
There is an option to get acall back, however they never call you back.
There is no option to update your contact details online, though they claim it is available. Can someone show me where it is.
