WORST EXPERIENCE

Im having a horrible experience with edelweiss tokio term plan. Never thought of such worst service from a brand name like EDELWEISS.


At first they call u continuously & get behind you after getting your contact details. Their talks are full of honey jar, once the premium is paid then they are least bothered about the client.


I had taken Zindagi plus plan online, Paid my premium 0n 14th january. Today its 6th feb, it has been 24 days still it is underway. Issuance time given by them are 13 days.


I have forwarded all required documents to 3-4 pupil on the whatsapp chat differently. Each time they say everything is cleared & then in next 3 days there is another person asking for all documents again. Its awful, why they cant have a clear communications among their departments.


Everytime they come up with some different requirement, and a copy paste mail is send to you saying it will be resolved in 7 days.


They are even asking me to do ECG, TMT in the medical again as it is not clear, whereas im a Seamen from 16 years & I have to do & clear it every year before joining ship. It might be a trick to scare the clients & "INCREASE THE PREMIUM".


If this is the attitude at the beginning of the start of policy, wondering during the claim settlement!


Now everyday I have to follow up with them by sending message on whatsapp number & checking on the policy status as I have to join ship in a week time, whereas the service is suppose to be other way.
