The Edelweiss Tokio Lifet Corporate agents named Kishore Kumar and Lavanya Kumar had stickled me a insurance policy of premium 50000 each total Rs. of one lakh by payment mode of credit card saying that convert it to EMI, and saying that they will give me back the three EMIs within in a week, I converted it it to EMI,
when I called them to pay back the three EMIs they said that they will pay after 45 days once they get the incentives then I came to know that there intention of not to pay back, hence I asked them to proceed with the cancellation of Policy, But they started dragging it, Because of COVID time the Branches not opened I canot go to office branch also
I call the toll free no to cancel the policy online as we have COVID situation I cannot got to Edelweiss Tokio Lifeoffice brach(Jayanagar Bangalore), they said that it should proceeded through agent who sold the policy because of that, Im not able cancel the policy with in 45 days, but still ive gone branch once it got opened After COVID, in branch(Jayanagar Bangalore) also every one worse, ive explained all the story no body is lisning and taking evasive action on those agents and not proceeding with policy cancellation
