Worst insurance company. I have bought my car insurance from edelweiss through policy bazaar , little that I know of that this will be my worst decision ever. I bought a zero dep policy so technically my car spare parts and repair should be completely borne by the insurance company. However when I submitted my claim their surveyor refused to entertain my claim saying that they reimburse car claim only if one part is damaged if more than one part is involved then I can claim for only one part which logic is beyond my understanding. If a car has met an accident it’s impossible that only part of the car to get damaged.highly unprofessional and unethical company , never buy any insurance product from them they only need your premium and when it comes to claim settlement they will deny citing some random logic
