I have given my 3 valuable years to this educomp company ..and after this i got reward like no promotion--no salary increment ---no career development...i am saying with this heavy heart but its unbeaten truth...who works with this they knows well.there is no transparency in company hierarchy..as an scc there is immense pressure to him/her, every scc face client anger , their nonsense and of course their cheap words wrapped in feathers.when scc in trouble no body comes from seniors to put his hand on scc shoulder besides hands comes on the back of scc to push into more pathetic situation, no support from senior in this organization....[[[ its not about criticism of company but its been a culture of company]]]] a coordinator put his/her all effort by every possible way to make their client happy but how they could make it possible if company not given hardware material for hardware issue ..complaint solution in given time ..how????
Even company harassing employees and building unnecessary pressure on scc to get the payment from schools....if everything done by scc’s what will managers suppose to do ...you know what they do ..they do only relax at home watching tv...and ask payment status from scc’s and of course they enjoy to play one game over the internet i.e (e-mailing)..company not given last 2 months salary to their employee...this educomp solutions has really honest and hard working employee but without salary company lost its faith at all.company don’t care of their employee ..even .empty stomach doesn’t pray.
I would suggest to everyone who read this article please keep yourself miles away from this company as a entry level employee as an coordinator ...=========dont risk with your future==========
