A heart breaking experience I had with Edureka The so called organization provides professional courses and they lack professionalism I attended interview for teamlead role However I got selected for operational manager for their upcoming process CAREER RECRUITMENT The project manager who took my interview offered me Operational manager role. He asked me to do the project start, loop holes, back up every lil aspect of the project and send it as assignment I completed the project and sent over night. The project manager was satisfied and asked me for salary discussion. He said I can’t afford u the salary for now so I want you to work on previous salary for the next 6 mnts and I WL promise u hike post that I TRUSTED HIM AND AGREED and then as usual documentation verification took place my Previous company HR and reporting manager verified everything The so called project manager from edureka Abhishek and HR with lack of communication Did nt revert back to me for a week when I asked them for update they said rejected. Im attaching screenshot of the message from project manager IF YOU GUYS HAVE FOUND ALTERNATE CANDIDATE PLEASE TELL THE TRUTH AND BE A MAN AND TELL THE TRUTH RATHER THAN CHEATING CANDIDATES BLAMING THEM. I have enclosed the screenshot of the project manager having a chat with me.which shows he s guilty.
