I am an ex employee of this institution called EF. It is an online platform to learn and teach English. I feel so sad to say that the amount of work they give us is so much but the salary is so low. You might ask then why am I working here. Well, I want to work from home, most work from home are frauds. This place is credible and salary is credited promptly. But is not a salary you would be proud of receiving nor mentioning to anyone. It a shame. For someone like me who is a master’s degree holder, for unmentionable reasons I cannot go for a regular day job, so I opted for this. But I am so disappointed how much your education qualifications are undermined and also your individuality. Here you are dealing with faceless people, who sit on a high horse and think they are Gods. WHY NOT. when they have fools like me who are still working inspite of the disappointing salary. There is absolutely no hope for professional growth, infact you dont even know what the available options are! If they have any goodness left in them, which I doubt they would increase salary substantially, taking into consideration today’s scenario. And you are also dealing with a set of very vile and uncouth people. I wish EF would sink with no trace taking along with it the vile lot.
