Community Building starts from you that are really true; the only way you can build your community is by not GIVING PERSONAL REMARKS. It’s agreed that every person is a different person and has a different personality. In such a global community, you don’t expect to every one to put their exact profile, because people are really worried of mis-using it. For. E.g, I have seen the pictures being misused with something really bad stuff.

Cons…
I am not very sure, whether everyone would like to use their pictures. Especially girls, because I have felt that, pictures do really change the way one rates the review. I have seen many of them actually, rating the reviews based on the pictures. This is one of the reasons, why people should’nt put pictures, because looks should not come in the way of rating a review. Review should be rated based on the quality and the content of the review. Another problem is that your picture will be misused by people, they might cut and morph picture with something else, if they have some grudge in you.
Pros…
There is also a good thing to, it, people will at least know who the person is and this really helps in community building. But, I would still avoid, putting pictures, because it really does change the way people rate.
Conclusion…
It’s really a debatable topic, whether we need a picture or not. I wouldn’t be comfortable as the question is not of the looks or any other factor. The question is of putting yourself at the front of Million. Today, things are really mis-used and I would still feel Internet is a dangerous medium of putting yourself online.
Brief about you…
Every coin has a two side. It’s really important to understand that we come from different platform and no one has the right to ask any one his creditenials. At many times, I said people here look at the person’s review by his creditenials and not by the quality of the review. Nobody, would like to give a complete details of his profile, because understand that everyone don’t open up easily, it takes time for the person to get comfortable and with Internet, where every things live to millions.
Conclusion…
If you don’t have your picture at least you can give details of your credentials in short. No one is asking your resume, but something to know what the person is doing. Again this should be mutual and no one should demand and ask question whether he is qualified enough to write a review or not.

I mean, being this a community building website, every one at least would like to know what you like and dislike, hence it’s really a very good idea give in short what you like and what you don’t like.
Short thoughts…and Poems…Joke
Definitely it is a very good idea, to have your thoughts or some good quotes from our famous personality. Some times, knowingly or unknowingly that quote might put some impact on the reader’s mind. Like, I have seen members putting joke of the day. I mean, no idea can be better than this. Full marks to this person, as I feel nothing will make you better than a very good laugh.
Avoid. Trust List ….
Hold, on don’t take me in the negative sense, its really a very good idea to see your name on the profile of others, sharing the trust for you. But, that space is too short, because I am very sure that you will have very long list and even one name if you miss out, the person will have some or other thoughts. Like a simple question .why not me?
Your trust list will be very long, but on the profile you see only 5 or 10 names, it really doesn’t give great confidence to other people whom you have missed out due to space constraint. We already have a trust list, hence I think so, that’s more than enough.
What you got, from MS…
As, I had always maintained, every day is a learning day and in every moment you learn some lesson. Hence, whatever your experience was in the MS and the lessons you learnt should be given in short. So that, at least people will know what you have learnt and what all things really you can learn from such a big forum, where people from every walk of life come.
Apart from this, a little snippets of things you should avoid while commenting some one’s opinion.

Who are you, to judge the person’s creditability?
You hardly know the person here; just by a profile can you know what the person is and what he has achieved.
The profile is what the person wants to write and not what you want him to write.
We are in the global community and professionalism should be maintained at all levels. No doubt MS is just a community forum, but if you really want to build the community then avoid being personal on the comments.
If you really want to say anything use the M2M, it’s always their for you fight with the person.
