Bodyache is a major complaint among the middle aged people.The office goers, Housewives&also for the oldies.Working people24x7 are under stress regarding their chores and other tensions.Its when a man comes back from Office & wants to play that one game of carrom or badminton with his 5 year old son who is requesting him, but he cant even stand up properly due to his bodyache.Housewives, well she spends the morning getting Chintoo ready for school, afternoon preparing the days lunch and evening dinner & also making chintoo do his homework .

1)Kamar dard.this is the most famous one i.e back ache.
2)Head ache is our good old neighbour who enters without even knocking once.

Reasons for aches: Well the question lies why? what causes these problems? Well if you go to the doctor he may tell you things which will make you say to urself " Mera Time kareeb aarha hai".

The only reason for all this is lack of physical exercises, the bodys tissues need even a little physical movement and stretches and as a major group of people ignore the importance of it they suffer.Your mere back aches, leg pain & shoulder pain turns into problems requiring a lot of treatment like Arthritis and spondylosis.This also caues impurities in the blood, urea & uric acid goes high and you are restricted from eating many things you just love.People ultimately embrace lifetime problems and whatever they earn, from that a large part is reserved for the orthopadist.
Effective remedies for body ache: Noo.guys I m not going to tell you Moov lagao.and obviously not "aah se." The very thought of the early morning jog makes you exhausted? Do you know that if you just sacrifice that not so much needed sleep for the much more needed morning walk you will be be free from all sort of aches.Just two rounds of jogging and five minutes of free hand exercise and you are blessed with stronger tissues and muscle.it will take a week or so to get habituated and then things like climbing stairs will not make you pant, and sitting on the chair and working on the computer wont give you the back ache which will stop you from playing with ur son.
Well and if you dont like to go to the maidan then its ok.You can always bring a tread mill at home and walk on it for 8 to 10 minutes daily, you will stay fit & if you wana loose weight it will help u a great deal.
The above was too get complete freedom from all these body aches and stuff but whats the remedy when you are under agony with some back ache or leg pain? Hot water compression.a white towel dipped in semi boiled water.Well husbands and wives help each other in this case .You will feel relieved its relaxing and also a non medicated remedy.
For my enemy head ache: Well if you have an eye prob and having headache then go to eye specialist, for those who have sinus problem they too have headhaches, for such cases taking steam is an effective yet natural remedy and also good for "aaaaaaa.hccchooon"(Cold.sardi zukham).
A small advice.an alert for all: Well people very easily take pain killers almost every second day.Friends its bad actually it effects the kidney, a relative of mine has suffered from it.the doctor told him that exessive consumption of pain killers have a contribution to the sucessful damage of his kidney.Well I say. no matter how bad your ache is please do not take pain killers so fast, apply those moov & Volini for body ache & Jhandu balm for headache but please beware of the harmful effects of pain killers.
