Stomach pain is nothing but abdominal pain that occurs between pelvic & chest region. There are Most common reasons causing this pain. They are flatulence & overheating, Gastroenteritis, Indigestion, Irritable bowel syndrome, Acid reflux, Contipation.
Apart from this, there are several casuses of stomach pain which must be consulted only to an medical expert but today I will tell you the remedies for these most common reasons causing stomach pain.
LEMON which helps to relieve stomach ache that is caused by flatulence & overheating. So mix 2tea spoons of lemon juice with a pinch of salt in a glass of warm water and drink twice a day. It will give you immediate relief.
CINNAMON relieves stomach ache caused by gas. So just take 1/4 tea spoons of cinnamon powder with half a glass of warm water immediately after meals to prevent gas formation.
DRIED GINGER powder is anti spasmodic. It relieves stomach pain caused by Indigestion. Take half tea spoon of dried ginger powder with 1tea spoon of honey and have it to prevent indigestion.
MINT relieves flatulence and irritable bowel syndrome. It has a cooling effect on stomach and helps to expel gas instantly. So take fresh mint juice mixed with lime water for instant pain relief.
COCONUT WATER is an excellent remedy for acidity constipation and inflammation in the stomach which occurs after eating too much of spicy foods. So drink coconjt water on empty stomach or between breakfast and lunch.
My request/ advice : While taking these remedies please intake light diets. Avoid heavy foods like chick peas, whole urad dal & non vegetarian food. Avoid oily & deep fried foods. Limit the intake of tea & coffee to prevent acidity.
Follow BRAT ie., BANANA, RICE, APPLE and TOAST diet for better result.
