Every time you will come across diffident type of variables which you wont be getting even the company is performing well. For the 3 quarters everything will run absolutely ok but in 4th quarters the things became worst and another variable with some name gets added and company goes in to less profit or loss.
Since every decision related to salary for every employee taken by CEO, one should not expect that this company grow like Infosys. this company wants to follow the steps of Infosys but seems like it won’t happen due to all bad policies.
This company is not HR driven, all decisions are taken by management(CEO)
