Now coming to the movie, I'll say it's the best movie of 2019! Yes a bold statement coz this movie talks about unconditional love in age of selfishness. Unconditional love of a friend for his unrequited love, unconditional love of parents, unconditional love between two individuals. Sonam is looking so amazingly beautiful because she's done less make up and her natural beauty is enough. She speaks more with her eyes and I loved her acting. I don't care what her haters say, she's awesome. Anil sir, he's one of the finest. Rajkumar is the hope of new generation actors. He represent our generation actors who're more focused on script and roles than if the movie will please the masses or not. Juhi should have been given more scenes, she's simply perfect. Ragina is gorgeous and she should have been also given more screen time to prove her skills, but whatever she's done, she's shown that she's going to stay for a long time. Movie will make you laugh, Will also make you cry if you're still sensitive at heart. Very fresh, very beautiful. All songs are simply as beautiful as the movie and its subject. I am so happy to see this movie and its like love amidst all hate and rage. I would say this movie is like sun shine amidst the cold. Very refreshing, thanks Bollywood for such a gem. And yea, you can and should watch this with your family.
Let us be clear, I am glad that a Mainstream Movie has a LGBTQ love angle. But is the cause alone enough for a movie to be good? Don't we need a good engaging story?
