I have very bad experience from this courier services, On this Diwali face most bad shopping experience due to this company . and most worried issue EKART as Flipkarts in-house supply chain that meas if I order anything this courier services there:(
issue related there services -
-Most time when ever I order any costly products in flipkart on every time product delivery always late and its found be defected
I order 1 Kodak Smart tv from flipkart by before Diwali, at same day order was confirmed and my product delivery date upto 7 days which before Diwali,
All the process are done in same day and and I got tracking id at end of day, my main fault I believed on them and thinks products maybe come to me before Diwali cause max delivery days limit are end before Diwali, so after 5 days when I track the product then I see its still on ways and not reached on my city:(
after that I call customer care(most horrible and useless) they said sir please wait we forward your issue .
-after continuously I call every day and care gives same response, at end I said dont send product and return my full payment then after 3 days Diwali I got thats tv .
- so when delivery person come they ask me some doc for verification due to I not check product box, and front side is good,
and products warranty condition that flip-kart engg install and open packed tv box other wise no warranty
so I open and check product, after 5 days engg comes and when I lift box and turn I see on other side on box are some damage looks like some heavy products place up on it
well that time I understand why delivery so late and delivery person ask doc and I not check produts pack
so when engg open box . whole tv panel band badly and screen damage so that they delivery services
and when I initiate return pickup so they not reply and when I talk roughly with care then at same day they come for pickup
well for me that services so bad . if you used this services so please careful for your sensitive products cause they not care.
