Hello friends today I will be telling u about mt personal experience with ekart logistics. Friends this logistics is the delivery partner of Flipkart.com. I ordered swipe elite power from Flipkart.com on COD. The product was shipped by Flipkart and it was to be delivered by ekart logistics. When the day of delivery arrived, the delivery agent had called me and was asking sir I don’t know your address and I am unable to deliver your product. This was for the first time the delivery agent was unable to reach me otherwise all my delivery was done correctly by other logistics services. I guided him with my address and all the information he needed but he was not able to find it out. He was just irritating me by calling again and again and telling sir your address is not locatable. I told him that i’ll complaint about this to ekart logistics.
Atlast he told that sir plzz can you come and collect ur package from here where I am waiting. I told why should I come but I had no choice, I had to go to the place where he told me that he was waiting for me. When I went out he was not that much far away from my location. I told him that within 2 minutes from here, my location is there and cannot find it. He was just ignoring my talk and was busy with his work. He didn’t even apologize for his behaviour. I had to pay him the money on the street which was very embarrassing for me because everyone was looking at us very wierdly. The delivery agent did this purposely. Later I decided to complain about him but I didn’t because it would affect his job. But this kind of behaviour is very unprofessional and bad. I was very much disappointed with it because it was happening with me for the first time. Plzz ekart logistics hire good delivery agents who have proper knowledge of the locations and addresses of the customers.
