This seems to be a logistics partner for Flipkart.com. They might be delivering on time, however what concerned me is that the way they reflected shipment tracking status online.
In the morning the status was’Out for delivery’ I hoped to receive the same sometime later the same day. In the evening the status was changed to’Undelivered As Customer Requested For Reschedule’ on top of that I received a related SMS as well. The sender number was not disclosed though.
When no one contacted me nor I had any way to contact them, they changed the status on their own conveniently to reflect ownership for delay on customer, when customer was nowhere in the picture.
