I am a seller on Flipkart, the pickups of which are by Ekart.
However I am facing a lot of problems for the pickups in Delhi.
Pickup has not happened since the last 3 days despite having called the local delivery personnel who NEVER pick up the calls. All orders were made RTD on time.
This happened earlier in Sept where pickups did not happen for 15 days. After which I got a threatening mail from their office that I was being banned/discontinued for 15 days on Flipkart. The person did not bother to respond to my email explaining my position.
Am at a loss since there seems to be no redressal method.
The only alternative I have is to close my Flipkart account as this is taking up a lot of my energy and time.
