Few months back I had purchased a Peter england university men slim jeans from filpkart at a cost of 699 Rs.My package shipped via Ekart logistics and flipkart notification pannel showing me that I will get my delivery within 6 days from the date of purchasing.When my package arrived at lucknow then in morning I got a text update regarding delivery details and showing your order is out for delivery.I waited for the whole day but niether I got call from courier nor any text update.In the evening I got an update from flipkart which is showing the customer didnt responded so our courier partner could not able to track the address and we will try to deliver your order by tommorow.Next day once again I got the same text update and at 3 Pm when no one contacted me.I started trying to call by myself but he is not picking the call nor replying by back call.This process continues for 4 days and every day im getting the same update from flipkart but after trying so much unfortunately I didnt get my package.i tried to contact ekart via call, email & text message there is no one to respond properly.Few days later I again purchase An intex 11000 mHz powerbank in flipkart big billion days and once again the same thing happen.Inshort this whole incident showed me a lesson about Ekart logistics serives.Poor staffs, poor customer serives and even they dont have proper technique to reach the customers.I also visted their website and there also I was getting the same update under notification panel.When I was trying to track the package it didnt showed me the exact and matched location with flipkart.Order Id-10201033137538792275Date -21st sep 2017
