I had a very disappointing experience with an Ekart delivery agent. The agent was rude, unprofessional, and showed no basic courtesy during the delivery. Instead of cooperating or providing clear communication, the agent behaved arrogantly and even raised their voice unnecessarily. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a representative of a reputed service like Ekart.
Customers expect timely delivery and respectful interaction, but this delivery felt like an ordeal. If this is the standard of service being allowed, it reflects very poorly on Ekarts training and accountability.
I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously, and strict action is taken against the delivery agent. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable at their own doorstep.
