In December 2009 I purchased complete furniture for my house in Pune from M/s Ekbote Pune. Material was delivered and assembled as promised also as on date there is absolutely no problem with any of the item.
Recently we wanted some more furniture and we decided to go in once again for Ekbote furniture only. To our surprise the sales person Mandar Deshpande who dealt with us in 2009, was there and he welcomed us with smile and extended cooperation in such a manner that we were meeting everyday.
The furniture range available with EKBOTE has not changed much but considering the toughness and rigidity we shortlisted the items required and to our surprise the material was promised within 15 days and same was delivered before the date promised.
The technician came for assembly were also expert in assembling and completed the job in shorted possible time.
In today’s world of having "N" no. of alternatives, based on our past experience and durability of the furniture we decided to going for repeat order with M/s EKBOTE only.
I am proud to say that I am happy with the decision we took to go to EKBOTE once again.
