Need to improve

I have been purchasing FMCG and food products from other websites and I decided to give this website a try


I was disappointed with a minimum purchase of Rs.500 I made a list of items which I would mostly buy from my local kirana. I selected the time and date on the website and paid by credit card. The order was supposed to reach me between 5 and 7 in the evening, it reached at 7:40.


In the meantime, the website showed the status as DELIVERED. The telephone number given on their website was never answered


On finally receiving the items, the list was incomplete, one item which was BUY 1 GET 1 FREE was sent only as a single item, the free item was NOT sent. 2 items were not sent even though it was paid for in advance by credit card, which makes me strongly suggesting Cash on Delivery for this website. Since I didn’t feel nice sending back the whole list, as the person delivering had travelled all the way, and I had no guarantee they would return either I kept it, considering a loss of 2 items


Having faced this problem, I hope they improve on this, at least check the list twice before sending it, so no one else faces the same problems that I have.
