Despite delivering to Chembur, they dont cover Deonar which is less than a km away given that the dispatch/warehouse is equidistant from both locations [check the map].
If delivery areas inside Mumbai are so specific, why not simply ask the customer to enter their pin code before we waste time with registration and ordering online? Ironically, they still put ads inserted into our English papers - Why advertise in areas you dont deliver?
Total waste of time.
Im not implying that you should never use them, just be sure that your suburb is covered else it feels like a paan ki dukaan level of service which just might be an insult to paan shops!
Extremely unprofessional and irritating - Hope others have a better experience. It does seem to have a better selection of pack sizes in TP than bigbasket.

2 weeks after unceremoniously cancelling my order they have started sending sms to my DND mobile about sale offers!

I have lodged a complaint with my cdma operator - hopefully the rs. 5 k fine will bring them to their senses.
