Elan Builder customer service department is the worst of all the other functions. They don’t ever respond to you and if you ever walk in to their office They don’t know how to talk to the customer and seem to carry an unnecessary bulk of attitude. They don’t even know how to treat customers. Completely Pathetic #customer service
