*Pros:*
- They indeed have good medical care so I will not take that away from them
*Cons:*
Atrocious(awful) staff attitude(Example: On 29th Nov, 2013, I had to take an appointment for some important medical tests and had to clarify a few things. Since Elbit was near my residence, this was the obvious choice. The staff/ customer care representative who spoke on the phone was extremely rude.
She was even unwilling to give further details about a. procedure b. cost
I asked if she wants to take a break and call back to which her answer was a strong NO!
- A similar experience had faced within Elbit while collecting the reports(Reports collection section). They just make you wait and wait even the reports are ready
The Hospital Administration should seriously monitor their staff, especially when it comes to basic qualities like **courtesy** and **responsiveness**. Till I hear something positive from my friends or other relatives, I’ve made up my mind not to go to Elbit Bangalore anymore
