Hi this is the first time I am attempting to write about a product as I am totally satisfied by the after sale services of the product . I had initial hesitation while buying it as they do not have a dealer in bangalore. My friends in Pune are using it since 2000 so I took a chance I am happy with it. I use their model FT 75 Stainless steel with double motor . it has an option of a individual motor operation and lamps for illumination are also there. I have not thrown a pipe out yet my kitchen doesnot become sticky & the cabinet handles are yet clean as good as new even after 4 years The company sent the person for servicing it after giving me a call after 1 year was over . I was surpprised as these days nobody gives this kind of service they call every year and do a through cleaning of the unit.they change the carbon pad and the new starts shining as new. thank you for the good after sale service.
