I purchased this ac from Vijay Sales in May 2013. In 2014 I have changed its PCB panel. But This year, s experience was horrible.
On 19th Apr 2015 I called the service person whose number is with me and he promised to attend the complain on Monday. On Monday after calling him he promised me on Tuesday. On Tuesday he promised me on Wednesday after getting fed up I called their call center 18602001212 o Thursday and they promised me that the person will attend within 24 hours.
But as no one came to attend I called again on Friday so they have given me local service centers no. I called for atleast 25 time but no one picked up the phone so I called again to call center they have given me the no of Mr. Hamid. I called him 10 times but he also didnt pick up the phone so I hv taken another no from call cetre but that phone was not eve ringing. Then Fortunately Mr Hamid called me back at 9 pm on friday. I told him that I want immediate attention. He didnt promised me anything but assure me to look in to the matter at the earliest. But as I suffered I told him that I Would take action if he failed. His answer was horrible "Do what ever you want it doesnt matter to us."
Today that is Sunday 26 Apr atlast the persone visited my home and told me that the I have to change the Condenser which will cost > Rs 5000. It was shocking that in two yrs after already spending Rs 4000 odd in service and PCB panel I have to spend RS 5000 more. I want to send it back to company free but they are not ready to tack it back even free. Now I have to scrap it.
